The Company’s subsidiaries include Crum & Forster Holding Inc., United States Fire Insurance Company (US Fire), The North River Insurance Company (North River), Crum & Forster Indemnity Company (CF Indemnity) and Crum and Forster Insurance Company (CF Insurance). The Company is licensed and writes insurance in all 50 states.
