John Laing Integrated Services is a leading facilities management business. We provide consultancy and services from bidding, through project initiation and the design process, on to the full suite of operational services to public and private sector clients, spanning education, rail, police, housing, health and waste.

The business was established in 2000 to support the Group in the growing PPP market. Today we employ over 400 people working across multiple projects both with John Laing and independently.

We provide a comprehensive range of services either directly or through selected partners. Much time is invested in front-end and on-going value-added consultancy to ensure our clients are procuring the right services in the most efficient manner. Our range of services includes:
