Carroll Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Providence's 250-bed, state-of the-art nursing home provides long term care for a 90% Medicaid-dependent resident population.

Center for Life, a reduced-fee maternity care program provides prenatal care to 1,200 Medicaid and uninsured mothers annually and has provided care for over 20,000 mothers and infants in its 25-year history.

Congress Heights Senior Center and Model Cities Senior Center, provides wellness services to seniors of the District of Columbia through a partnership of the DC Office on Aging and Providence Hospital's Wellness Institute. Services include fitness and exercise classes, lectures and seminars, health screenings, nutrition education, social activities and computer access.
