Hologic, Inc. (Hologic) is a diversified medical technologies company specializing in diagnostic imaging products and interventional devices serving the healthcare needs of women. Its other business unit includes its Fluoroscan mini C-arm imaging products, its Esaote line of extremity magnetic resonance imaging systems that are manufactured by an original equipment manufacturer, and its photoconductor coating business, an ancillary business that Hologic acquired as part of its acquisition of AEG Elektrofotografie GmbH.
