Military & Aviation Spares Pty Ltd (MASpares) is a supplier of both military and aerospace product and services to customers within Australia and overseas.

The MASpares aerospace capability includes both military and commercial aircraft and ground support equipment (GSE). Our military capability includes sourcing materiel and product in support of Army, Navy and Police requirements.

MASpares was originally known as Military Aviation Spares Pty Ltd until a name change occurred in October 2007 to rename the company: Military & Aviation Spares Pty Ltd.

Our philosophy in business is simple; honest hard work and building long term relationships with both Suppliers and Customers, that is based on trust!

MASpares operates under a third party (SAI Global) certified Quality Management System (QMS) and complies with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000. The company thrives on a culture of continuous review and improvement.

The company is based in North Ipswich (West of Brisbane), Queensland, Australia and commenced operations in 2004 with an initial focus on sourcing aeronautical product for the aging DHC-4 (Caribou) fleet of aircraft operated by the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). This initial focus on sourcing out of production components for this venerable but vintage aircraft has required the company to seek out and establish communication with many of the world's major manufacturers and suppliers of aeronautical product. Sourcing Caribou spares continued to be the companies main stay throughout 2005/2006 and is still a major concern to this day.

Throughout 2006/2007 MASpares sourced Quotes and/or won Purchase Orders for aeronautical product in support of DHC-4 (Caribou), C130H/C130J (Hercules), F/A-18 (Hornet), P3/T56 Engine, F111 Engines, CH-47 Chinook, S70 Blackhawk and B707 aircraft for the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and/or their maintenance contractors. MASpares is also sourcing aviation spares and services in support of various Armed Forces within the SE Asia region. MASpares expanded into the realm of project tender for management of aerospace component maintenance during 2006. Late 2006 and 2007 has also seen MASpares sign teaming agreements and form "Alliance Partnerships" with Air Marshall Inc (USA), Rockland Aerospace Inc (Canada & USA) and Aero International Inc (USA), greatly enhancing the MASpares capability to support a wide variety of military and commercial aircraft and engines, including C130, P3, T-56 Engine, CH-47 Chinook, F-18 Hornet, F-16 Falcon, S70 Blackhawk and Boeing commercial aircraft.

During 2007 MASpares has also been active in the area of spares support to the Australian Army and the Australian Light Armoured Vehicle (ASLAV).
