AIP acquires Brooks Instrument, LLC from Emerson Electric AIP acquires Micro-Poise Measurement Systems, LLC from ITW AIP acquires Collins Industries, Inc. AIP sells Stolle Machinery Company, LLC to Littlejohn & Co.
