We are a wholly-owned US subsidiary of Mastek Ltd, a $184 million India-based software solutions company.

We deliver a wide range of IT solutions and services that enable our customers to achieve their vision and solve business problems. Our delivery processes have been certified at ISO 9001-2000, and assessed at SEI CMM Level 5 and P-CMM Level 3.

Along with our partners, we have successfully implemented several large-scale IT projects in areas as diverse as insurance, financial services and government.

We have a component-based enterprise platform for life and annuity companies "Elixir - Insurance Enterprise platform" which enables insurance companies to better respond to their customer. It offers our customers speed of deployment and reduced development cost.

Our parent company, Mastek, was founded in May 1982 and is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
