Tilton Fitness offers a corporate wellness program, perfect for companies of any size.
The payroll deduction plan allows employees of your organization to realize our lowest monthly rate for membership dues. Companies need only to coordinate deductions from employee's paychecks with their payroll department and staff. There is no cost to the company directly. All sign-ups are done on an individual basis and the employee/member remains responsible for the membership dues. The payroll deduction plan is made available to companies employing a minimum of 100 employees. Spouse add-ons are also available.
The group plan offers organizations the opportunity to offer their employees the benefit of a Tilton Fitness facility membership at our best corporate rate without payroll deduction. There is no cost or payroll department administration required by the company. Employees simply verify employment with your organization to receive the discount. In order for your company to qualify for the group plan, a minimum of fifteen new members must sign-up within a thirty-day open enrollment period.
