XM Satellite Radio is offering a convenient direct stock purchase and dividend reinvestment program to current stockholders and new investors. Administered through Computershare (formerly Equiserv), this service provides new investors with an opportunity to make an initial investment ($1,000 or $100 per month for ten consecutive months) in XM Radio common stock without paying brokerage fees or commissions. Stockholders enrolled in the program may reinvest-at no cost-all or part of their dividends and may also increase their stock holdings through optional cash payments of as little as $100 per month by check or by automatic deduction from a U.S. bank account.
