The World Trade Center Delaware (WTC Delaware) serves the important role of increasing Delaware's global exports. Our goal is to increase jobs by expanding international exports by Delaware companies.
Delaware has historically endorsed the concept of free trade on a global basis.
Export sales by major Delaware companies have created a significant number of high-paying jobs.
WTC Delaware works intently to assist and educate small and medium-sized companies who have the potential to export or increase exports of their products.
Our goal is to give these smaller companies the knowledge and resources to allow them to compete on an international basis. We also assist Delaware companies in finding potential overseas customers.
WTC Delaware organizes seminars on every aspect of exporting, from letters of credit to homeland security. This is accomplished through a series of seminars featuring experts in each aspect of exporting.
To create a better understanding of international issues that have an impact on world trade we host luncheons with speakers who discuss major international issues.
In addition we assist foreign companies in establishing their U.S. presence in Delaware.
WTC Delaware is a private sector and non-profit organization which works intently to accomplish the goals stated above. We look forward to continuing to work with the business community to expand trade in the State of Delaware.
