Futurequest is the only hosting company I've ever worked with who I believe actually cared about my needs and was willing to be responsive and helpful even when I had issues that might have been outside of their realm of responsibility. For high-end hosting services, there is no second choice option that I know of that even comes close.

I really appreciate the extra effort and the extra time that you and the rest of the people at FutureQuest apply to solve customer problems. I have been with FQ since January 2000 and although I am bombarded with offers to use other virtual hosting services, I always measure, in my mind, the level of service that I receive from FutureQuest and realize that although there are lower cost services out there, FQ is the highest quality service. Solving this problem so quickly, from doing the extra research to recognize that there was something wrong (could have said "It works here, buddy, so it must be on your end"), to your prompt resolution speaks volumes about your quality of service.
