Selling your home is a momentous undertaking, and you are entitled to the best advice available. During your in home consultation we will review your personalized plan, beginning with a comparative analysis which will compare your home with similar properties that have sold or are currently on the market (ie. Your home's competition). We'll walk through the home and discuss the positives of your home and maybe suggest ways to properly stage your home to make the best impression when it hits the market. We will also discuss our proactive marketing program, including mailings to our exclusive, personal buyer's list, communication, follow up and any other questions you may have about how we work to get your home sold.
