Body Dynamics in Boulder Colorado is the fitness and health studio that specializes in Pilates, personal fitness training, sports rehabilitation, weight training, physical therapy, Pilates reformer classes massage therapy, Rolfing and Jin Shin . In addition we offer drop-in fitness classes including, yoga, fitball/bosu, core training, and Pilates mat.

Body Dynamics' stresses the importance of giving back to your body. After your Pilates, personal training or physical therapy session, enjoy our on-site massage therapy, Rolfing and Jin Shin services.

Our studio has a non-competitive atmosphere, which ensures a comfortable environment for our varied clientele. Body Dynamics requires no membership fees, which allows our clients the utmost flexibility. All sessions are on a pay as you go basis.
