As of May 4, 2007, BD acquired all of the outstanding shares of Plasso Technology, Ltd. (Plasso). BD’s operations outside the United States are conducted in Canada, Japan, Asia Pacific, South Latin America and North Latin America. In May 2008, the Company acquired Cytopeia.
