Transcription Express, Inc. was established in 1995 with an emphasis on quality, industry-leading turnaround times, and forward thinking, growth-oriented, technology based business practices. We chose to specialize in large corporate clients because those clients were being vastly underserved. Our emphasis on customer service and treating every client like they are our only client has proven very successful over the years. We do what we say we're going to do ... and mean it! In fact, in a Dun & Bradstreet review of our company, we scored in the highest levels in every area surveyed ... a feat almost unheard of for any company!

We have continued to grow and expand over the years, moving our offices to larger quarters four times in the last 10 years. We are very proud of the fact that we have truly become a nationwide company, with clients in 45 states and Puerto Rico . Another thing we are very proud of is the fact we have transcribed over three million pages since our inception, due to our ability to produce a large number of documents in a short amount of time. In fact, as we have grown from five to 140 staff and transcriptionists, we have become the largest company of our kind in the country!
