Among the many things Donlen has introduced to fleet leasing and management include electronic communication with customers (pre-dating e-mail), online vehicle ordering, online vehicle sales and the first fully integrated Internet-based fleet management system, FleetWeb®. Awarded first-place honors from Microsoft as the "best e-commerce solution" upon its introduction, FleetWeb provides a convenient and scalable platform for Donlen and its customers to monitor every aspect of a fleet.

In early 2005, we introduced CARE, the Customer Activity and Request Engine, a custom-built technology platform that ties together all of Donlen's customer service and systems functions. We also launched the Vehicle Lifecycle Calculator, an interactive approach to determining the best value for fleet vehicles. Because of advances like these, Donlen was named a Finalist for the 2005 American Business Awards, and was named one of the top 100 companies by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.
