Winters Title Agency has been providing real estate title insurance and complete legal closing services to the greater New Orleans area for twenty-one years. Michael E. Winters, President of Winters Title Agency, graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law in 1970 and then received his Master's Degree in Tax Law from New York University in 1971. Donna Bechet has been a Notary Public since 1970 and currently works out of our Metairie location. Judy Faust, our Mandeville notary, has been a Notary Public since 1989.

Winters Title Agency currently employs fifteen notarial secretaries, two accountants, three marketing representatives, three couriers, five attorneys , who also serve as notaries , and eight lay notaries.

Closing over 250 transactions per month, Winters Title Agency is the title agency for service and convenience, often closing after "normal" business hours and at the location that is most convenient for our clients.

Winters Title Agency is an active affiliate member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, National Association of Professional Mortgage Women, and the Mortgage Lenders Association. Mike Winters also leads seminars on the closing process for new real estate agents and for the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater New Orleans.
