Wilshire Enterprises, Inc. (Wilshire) is principally engaged in acquiring, owning and operating real estate properties. The Company owns multi-family properties, office space, retail space, and land located in the states of Arizona, Texas, Florida and New Jersey. Wilshire is exploring opportunities to sell or merge its business. Wilshire’s investment banker, Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc. is assisting the Company in its sales process. Wilshire conducts business in the residential (including condominiums that it owns and rents) and commercial real estate segments. The residential segment consists of Sunrise Ridge Apartments and Van Buren Apartments, both in Arizona, Wellington Estates and Summercreek Apartments, both in Texas, and Alpine Village Apartments in New Jersey. The commercial segment consists of Royal Mall Plaza in Mesa, Arizona and Tempe Corporate Center in Tempe, Arizona.
