Gaylord Entertainment Company (Gaylord) is a hospitality and entertainment company that owns and operates Gaylord Hotels (www.gaylordhotels.com), its network of meetings-focused resorts and the Grand Ole Opry (www.opry.com), the weekly showcase. The Company's entertainment brands and properties include the Radisson Hotel Opryland, Ryman Auditorium, General Jackson Showboat, Gaylord Springs Golf Links, Wildhorse Saloon and WSM-AM Radio. The Company’s operations are organized into three principal business segments: Hospitality, which includes its hotel operations; Opry and Attractions, which includes its Nashville attractions and assets related to the Grand Ole Opry, and Corporate and Other. Hospitality and Opry and Attractions, business segments represented approximately 89.6% and 10.4% of total revenues during the year ended December 31, 2007.
