The mission of Van Education Center (VanEd) is to create quality online real estate courses and appraisal courses that meet the needs of students and the requirements of the real estate and appraisal industry. A goal of VanEd is to help real estate agents and appraisers maintain professional competency and thereby protect the public interest.

VanEd is a licensed real estate school in the state of Colorado, approved and regulated by the Division of Private Occupational Schools, Colorado Department of Higher Education, Nebraska Department of Education and the Nebraska Real Estate Commission.
