HauteSpot Networks offers a ruggedized, configurable, secure solution suite which is standards (802.11 and 802.16) based, but also offers frequency flexibility.

Our HauteWRAP HR-WRAP and HauteROUTER HR-IXP product families are ideal for setting up a state of the art "Wireless Everywhere" networks which is fault tolerant, cost effective, fully managed and easy to service. Our products support functions such as WPA2 AES encryption, IPSec tunneling, fast handoff for mobile users, long range (reducing the number of access points required), and Quality of Service management, allowing HauteSpot wireless networks to support such applications as Voice Over Wireless.

Our light weight systems (under 3 lbs) can run from a variety of power sources and can be configured for almost any mobile requirement. HauteSpot Networks can also provide "potting" for shock and vibration resistance, water proofing and tamper protection.

Beyond this, HauteSpot Networks is working with major universities and researchers on new protocols which will allow peer repeating. This new technology will allow networks to flexibly reconfigure for optimal RF linkage in demanding conditions such as in tunnels and metal structures.
