The Protocom Beta Test Program is designed to meet the needs of our development teams and our Beta customers. It provides the framework for Protocom to engage like minded organizations in the testing of Protocom products in a variety of large-scale production environments and system configurations. The Program assists Protocom to establish the quality of a product, and to identify any issues that need to be addressed before final release to the market. The Beta Program is the final step in the Protocom product development process.

What is the Role of a Beta Customer?

Beta customers are typically organizations that take an active role in testing new functionality intended for future versions of Protocom products. Beta customers work closely with the Protocom Development Team to rigorously test release-candidate software in production environment conditions. Approved Beta customers find and report bugs while using release-candidate software in a variety of system environments.

What is an Authorized Beta Test Site?

An Authorized Beta Test Site has been specially selected to work with the Protocom Development team in testing release candidate software in a production environment under specific conditions.
