MiCardia Corporation is an early stage venture dedicated to designing, developing and commercializing minimally invasive methods to treat heart valve disease - Mitral Valve Regurgitation (MR), Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation and Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Since its inception, the company has built an experienced technical and clinical team, while creating a comprehensive intellectual property portfolio. Proof of concept has been completed for a Dynamically Activated Annuloplasty Ring with novel methods for off-pump intra-operative and chronic percutaneous activation methods.
