RuggedCom Inc. (RuggedCom) is engaged in the design and manufacture of communications equipment for electrical and climatic environments. The Company designs and manufactures network hardware and software. The Company's revenue is derived principally from the sale of Internet protocol (IP)-based rugged communications networking solutions including Ethernet switches, network routers, wireless devices, serial servers and media converters. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008(fiscal 2008), RuggedCom had sales to two customers, which accounted for 22% of its total sales. During fiscal 2008, the Company launched several new products, which include new wireless and very high speed digital subscriber line (VDSL) products; a new family of Ethernet products; new cyber security software; new network management software for improved network management, and new services and support packages to serve its global customer base.
