Jack Cole, President and CEO of Harper-Cole Insurance Services, Inc. has been in the life insurance industry for 39 years and has had a successful career in both selling insurance and management of life insurance agencies as well as brokerage services. Jack is a founding member of Executive Marketing Insurers, one of the top 15 life insurance marketing companies in the world and has strategic partnerships with every major NMO and Insurance Company in the industry. Jack enlisted in the United States Marine Corp after graduating high school at the beginning of the Viet Nam war. After serving his tour of duty, Jack entered the insurance industry in April of 1968 as a debit agent for The John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Canton, Ohio while going to college full-time. At the end of his first year as an agent, Jack led the Eastern US region in sales and over the years won many awards and received notable industry recognition. Jack was "Speaker of the Year" twice at the "Northwest Health Insurance Conference", and spoke nationally on varies insurance related topics in the early 1980's. Prior to the emergence of Independent Marketing Organizations, Jack's first true brokerage service, "Jack Cole and Associates" was started in the mid-80's and serviced agents through out the Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties of Southern California. Jack's many years of industry knowledge both in the field and behind the ropes brings a level of service to the field force unlike most in the business.
