We provide legal services for both public and private companies, in every business sphere. Attorneys from all areas of GKH&BW specializations work closely advising corporate clients as to the intricacies of Israeli companies law and the structure of transactions, such as Mergers and Acquisitions, various Commercial Transactions, and Corporate Reorganizations, involving Israeli entities. This includes advice and legal opinions concerning transactions involving Restrictive Trade Practices, parties with controlling interests, obligations of office holders, allocation, splitting and consolidation of securities, declaration of dividends, directors and officers insurance and indemnification. Our attorneys are involved in the drafting and negotiation of letters of dismissal and proper corporate approval for compensation terms for office holders in compliance with the new Companies Law.

Our work also encompasses matters relating to non-profit organizations and family held enterprises. We advise clients in connection with the structuring and negotiations of investment transactions, joint ventures and privatization of government controlled companies, as well as the preparation of tender offer submissions.

We handle all matters related to incorporation and corporate registration and have developed a package of services designed to help clients of all resources to incorporate in Israel, quickly and simply, and in accordance with the new statutory framework.

GKH&BW attorneys were instrumental in drafting Israel's Companies Law , 1999, and continue to serve on various governmental advisory commissions on matters related to reform of corporate laws.
