China Digital Media Corporation (CDMC) is engaged in providing broadcasting media and cable television operational support services in the People’s Republic of China. The Company is primarily involved in cable television operational support services and digital broadcast technology development, advertising sales in China. CDMC operates in five segments: digitalization of television signals, software development, television advertising, investments in television series and other. On May 21, 2007, China Digimedia Holdings Limited (CDHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of CDMC, acquired a 100% interest in Maxcomm Ltd. Maxcomm’s only asset is the 80% interest in Arable Media Limited (Arable). On October 29, 2007, Arable established a wholly owned subsidiary in China called Arable (Guangzhou) Limited. On August 17, 2007, the Company disposed its 51%-owned subsidiary, Guizhou Guishi Digimedia Advertising Company Limited.
