Exterran Holdings, Inc. (Exterran) is a global player in the full service natural gas compression business and a provider of operations, maintenance, service and equipment for oil and natural gas production, processing and transportation applications. The Company operates in three primary business lines: contract operations, fabrication and aftermarket services. In its contract operations business line, Exterran owns a fleet of natural gas compression and crude oil and natural gas production processing equipment. In Exterran’s fabrication business line, the Company fabricates and sells equipment that is similar to the equipment that it owns and utilizes to provide contract operations to the customers. Also within its fabrication business line, the Company builds equipment for its contract operations fleet. In the Company’s aftermarket services line of business, it sells parts and components and provides operations, maintenance, overhaul and reconfiguration services to customers.
