A Recruiter from a major Internet portal
Intro by ZoomInfo's Russell Glass
In my professional life, as a founder of my own company and as an officer of ZoomInfo, the biggest mistakes I have made have centered around poor recruiting decisions. Whether it was not taking the time to look for the right fit or hiring someone who was not quite what I wanted but available when I needed them, hiring the wrong person has always resulted in wasted time, resources and profits. Recruiting the right person and keeping them working productively can enhance your company’s bottom line and is a real competitive advantage. This is a theme I believe we will see more and more as the feared talent shortage becomes a reality, and even in the nearer future as the economy continues picking up steam and companies struggle to maintain their market leadership.
